Refund window
If a course is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided you have completed less than 25% of the lessons.
What is not refunded
We cannot refund a course once most of it has been watched, or once a certificate has been issued.
How to request one
Raise a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard, or message us on WhatsApp, telling us which course and why. We respond within 2 working days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used, and can take a few working days to appear depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
